ChurchFlo is built for churches. We take the privacy of your team's data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

When you create a ChurchFlo account we collect:
ChurchFlo stores the information you enter into your charts, including:
This data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the ChurchFlo service.
If you connect your Planning Center account, ChurchFlo imports your team members, roles and team assignments via the Planning Center API. This data is stored in your ChurchFlo account so you can build and edit your org chart. We also store your Planning Center OAuth access token to allow re-syncing. We do not access any Planning Center data beyond what is needed to populate your org chart.
We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type and IP address for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics services, though we may add them in future and will update this policy accordingly.
ChurchFlo uses browser local storage (not cookies) to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Your data is stored on servers operated by Bluehost, located primarily in the United States. By using ChurchFlo, you consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@churchflo.app and we will process your request within 30 days.

ChurchFlo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
