ChurchFlo is an online org chart tool designed for churches and ministry organisations. It is operated by Macguffin House Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia.

By creating an account or using ChurchFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ChurchFlo on behalf of a church or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
To use ChurchFlo you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

You agree to use ChurchFlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You own the data you enter into ChurchFlo, including your org chart, people roster, roles and responsibilities. By using ChurchFlo, you grant Macguffin House Pty Ltd a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you enter about your church members or staff is collected and used in compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
ChurchFlo allows you to share charts with collaborators via a PIN, and to generate view-only links. You are responsible for who you share access with. We are not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you have invited.
View-only links are accessible to anyone who has the link. Only generate and share these links with people you trust or intend to have access.
ChurchFlo integrates with Planning Center via their API. By connecting your Planning Center account, you authorise ChurchFlo to import and store your Planning Center team and people data. Your use of Planning Center is subject to Planning Center's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with Planning Center Online, LLC.
ChurchFlo offers a free plan with limited features. Details of the free plan and any paid plans are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing and plan features at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.
Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free plan.
Unlimited plans are intended for normal church organisational use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use ChurchFlo in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems or that we reasonably determine is outside the intended use of the service.
We aim to keep ChurchFlo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance or make changes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where possible.
ChurchFlo, including its design, code, branding and content, is owned by Macguffin House Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of ChurchFlo without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create in ChurchFlo.
ChurchFlo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that ChurchFlo will be error-free, secure or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macguffin House Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of ChurchFlo, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ChurchFlo will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using ChurchFlo at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at hello@churchflo.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of ChurchFlo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
